Teaching Teens mindfully

 This is an article that shows what teens tend to need for best practices with teaching or learning with mindfulness.


Ideally, it would be good to have groups that meet  once or twice a week, and I find that helps with keeping people engaged and interested in the group.  

I think with mental health concerns, we may find that a lot of our constituents have personalities that are based in a teenager's mindset, so I would suggest that we keep that in mind.
